Some communication problems in the beginning but a call to one of the owners ironed that out quick . since then it has been all good. Kevin ” the foreman ” has done great and Jason the pool school guy is very informative. we were living out of town when the pool was built so we did not have to deal with the noise and mess but it is better to be present during construction so if there are any changes or modifications it would be made easier. make sure you put the pumps and motors away from the back of the house and closer to the street as we did to minimize the noise. it’s not loud but consistent when running. install your pool during the winter or early spring as it may take longer than expected and it is hard to look at the inviting water knowing you cant jump in yet. when the water temp is 70 you ain’t going in believe me ! it takes awhile to balance the water so you wouldn’t want to get in anyway. overall I would recommend t p & p. Jay We are thrilled with our pool building experience with TPP! The design is beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better crew. The process has been very smooth thanks to Kevin keeping us informed along the way. The guys that did the rock work are truly artists. We now have a beautiful pool and it is all thanks to Kevin and TPP! We talked with 5 other pool builders before choosing TPP and couldn’t be happier. Thank you TPP!!!
