Texas Pools and Patios was started in 2004 by the Crites family, but our tradition of swimming pool construction and quality craftsmanship reaches all the way back to 1978 when we built our first pool in Central Texas. Since then, we’ve completed over 10,000 projects including in ground pools and spas, pool renovations and remodels, and a variety of backyard amenities. Our pools have received numerous international, national and regional awards for both design and technical and engineering achievement, but it’s our commitment to quality and exceptional service that keeps customers returning to us for all of their backyard needs.

By handling all design and construction work in house, we maintain full control over quality and cost, often allowing for faster build times and savings that we can pass on to our customers.

We don’t employee sales people. Instead, we’ve put our resources into securing the best pool designers and craftsmen in Central Texas. With an experienced team of varying abilities and resources, we are able to competently handle projects of every size and scope, from residential to commercial. Our office staff works behind the scenes to secure permits, schedule inspections, and keep you informed throughout the design and construction process. We are always here to answer your questions or address your concerns, and encourage your involvement in the design and build process.
